The first Coach's Clinic was held on October 13, 2018 with over 40 participants in attendance. Featured speaker was wrestling Coach John Smith, who spoke on motivating and getting the best out of average athletes. Other speakers included Coach Jeff Pace (Titan Sports), Dani Welniak-Rogers (KCTV5 Sports), Dr. Jeromy Jones (Total Health), Reilly Dampeer (US Rowing) and Dr. Tim Baghurst (Oklahoma State)

John Smith
Head Coach, Wrestling Oklahoma State University Coach Smith is a two-time NCAA national champion and two-time Olympic gold medalist. Following his individual career, Coach Smith became the Head Coach at Oklahoma State University where he has won five national championships compiling a 398-60-6 career dual match record. He was inducted into the National Wrestling Hall of Fame in 1997.

Dani Welniak-Rogers
Sports Anchor & Reporter KCTV5 Sports, Kansas City Dani Welniak-Rogers joined the KCTV5 News team in 2016 as a sports anchor and reporter. She has freelanced for ESPN, FOX Sports, OKC Thunder, and various MMA events. She earned multiple awards including the KIAAA Sportscaster of the Year and KAB non-metro Sportscaster of the Year. Dani played women's professional football for the Dallas Diamonds at receiver and running back for five seasons. She was a captain, a three-time Pro Bowler and 2008 Super Bowl Champion.

Jeff Pace
Manager, Sports Performance & Health Services Titan Sports & Performance Center Coach Pace has been working as an active strength and conditioning specialist since 1998 and has been certified with National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) since 2002. He holds certifications as a sports nutritionist through the International Sports Science Association, certified C360 master trainer, and a certified USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sport Performance Coach. He oversees the daily operations of the new, 190,000 square foot, Titan Sports & Performance Center.

Reilly Dampeer
Head Coach & High Performance Manager USRowing National High Performance Center Coach Dampeer has coached various national team athletes since 2010, at events including Senior, U23 and U19 World Championships, Pan American Games, and World Cups. She is a participant in the U.S. Olympic Committee National Team Coach Leadership and Education Program. Dampeer’s expertise is in training program development, technical coaching and innovation in integrating emerging science in rowing. As an athlete, Dampeer rowed for Santa Clara University for four years, and after college trained at several clubs around the country. She won a National Championship title in the Single, and represented the U.S. at the 2007 Pan American Games in the Single and Quadruple Sculls, taking silver in the Quad.

Dr. Jeromy Jones
Physical Therapist & Athletic Trainer Stillwater Medical Center/Langston University Jeromy Jones has been a physical therapist, athletic trainer, and certified strength and conditioning specialist since 2006 with Stillwater Medical Center. He holds a clinical specialty in orthopedics through the APTA. In addition to clinical practice, he also works as a fitness instructor and an adjunct professor in the DPT program at Langston University. He was a dual sport athlete in college receiving All Conference honors in the hammer throw and All American honors as an offensive lineman.

Dr. Tim Baghurst
Director of Sports & Coaching Science Oklahoma State University Tim Baghurst is an Associate Professor at Oklahoma State University. He has published 3 textbooks and over 100 peer-reviewed articles on sports performance topics. He coaches a variety of athletes and coaches through GOAT Sports Performance, which he also uses to improve his teaching. He is an international racquetball player having represented his native England numerous times. He's a four-time senior world champion.
